Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with TRU SKN. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and your rights as a customer.
SECTION 1 – RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and unopened

Include all original packaging, tags, and seals intact

Include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
To start a return, email us at 📧 info@truskn.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
⚠️ Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
SECTION 2 – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
SECTION 3 – DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us if:

You received the wrong item

SECTION 4 – EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without explanation.
The item must still meet our return eligibility requirements: unused, unopened, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
SECTION 5 – REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Partial refunds may be issued for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

SECTION 6 – REFUND METHOD
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).
SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international returns, unless the item is defective.
