  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £45.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under £45, standard shipping rates apply. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard UK delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping:

  • European Union (EU)

    • Standard Shipping:
      £10.95 — typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Worldwide (Rest of World)

    • Standard International Shipping:
      £19.95 — typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch.

  • Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 3 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 


 

SECTION 4 – LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ORDERS

  • Lost Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@truskn.co.uk. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
