Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

TRU SKN warrants that products sold via our official website are authentic and of merchantable quality at the time of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from TRU SKN or from authorised sellers identified by us. Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or unverified sources (including certain third-party marketplaces) may be counterfeit or tampered with; we do not honour warranties, returns, or exchanges for such products.
Except as expressly stated on a product page or required by law, products are sold “as is,” and we make no additional warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or suitability.

SECTION 5C – MINORS & CROSS-BORDER USE
